SceneOne AI is integrated into SceneOne's professional planning and scheduling software. The developer's AI capabilities include:

  • AI Storyboard Generation: Assist in quickly producing professional storyboard text to streamline creative workflows.
  • AI Reference Image Generation: Provide visual references to inspire shot design and creative direction.
  • One-Click Generation: Combine the above features into a single-step generation process.

SceneOne AI aims to help you create professional production plans more quickly so you can focus on creative execution.

1. Information Collected by the Developer

1.1 Information You Provide

Registration information: To use SceneOne AI services, you are required to provide a valid email address to register an account. The developer uses your email address as your account identifier for account management, service notifications, and technical support.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Usage data: The developer records logs related to your use of SceneOne AI features, including feature usage, error reports, and performance metrics. These data are used solely for:

  • Error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Performance optimization

AI-generated content: The developer may collect prompts you submit and the generated text and images. Such information is used for troubleshooting, support, and product improvement.

Copyright notice: Content generated by AI models may be subject to the copyright and usage terms of the respective AI service provider. Different providers may apply different rules to generated content.

3. Use and Protection of Information

  • Account management: To manage your account by email and send service notifications and important updates.

8. Payments and Billing

You may purchase SceneOne AI services or subscriptions via the Apple App Store or other platforms designated by the developer:

  • You authorize the developer to charge the designated payment method for fees, including renewals
  • Service prices may change; you will be charged at the updated price where applicable
  • Top-up balances will be used according to the specified settlement rules; features listed as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds
  • Payments are generally non-refundable, though the developer may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. The developer does not store full payment card details.

9. Children's Privacy

SceneOne AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe the developer may have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact the developer at [email protected] and the developer will take steps to delete the information.

By using this service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years old, or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the service
