Introduction
Welcome to SceneOne AI. Please read this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Terms of Service") carefully before using the service. By registering, recharging, activating, or otherwise using this service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions and Licenses
We/Developer: Refers to Tilseam (individual developer).
Service: Refers to SceneOne and its AI functions, including desktop and mobile applications, websites, and related online services.
Input: Refers to prompts, text, images, or other materials you submit to the service; Output: Refers to results generated based on Input; Content: Generally refers to Input and Output.
1.1 License to User
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the functions provided by SceneOne AI, and the license is limited to uses permitted by these Terms of Service.
1.2 User's License to Platform
To provide, maintain, and optimize services (including troubleshooting and routing/performance optimization), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for use, limited to the above purposes only. This license does not use your content for training or improving models.
2. Usage Restrictions and Account
2.1 Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct
- The service shall not be used for any illegal or harmful purposes, including but not limited to infringing on others' privacy, disseminating illegal or defamatory content.
- Shall not be used for harmful conduct targeting minors or as the sole basis for high-risk decisions such as medical/legal matters.
- Reverse engineering, bulk scraping, interference, or any automated abuse of the service is prohibited.
- Do not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or other rights.
2.2 Account and Security
Registration of an account requires providing a valid email address. You shall ensure the information is true, properly safeguard account credentials, and be responsible for all activities under the account. If unauthorized use is discovered, you should notify us promptly.
3. Payment, Credits, and Refunds
Consumption of this service is mainly through Apple Store credit recharge. After recharge, credits serve as consumption vouchers. If credits are unused after recharge, users may submit a refund request to Apple within 30 days after recharge, and refunds will be decided and executed by Apple according to its refund policy. We may assist in providing refund process consultation and transaction certificate support via email, but we do not guarantee refund results. Once credits have been consumed, refunds are not possible, except as otherwise mandatorily provided by law.
4. Data Processing and Deletion
To complete generation requests, your Input/Output may be temporarily processed via hosted servers. We only use data to complete requests, logging, and service availability optimization, and do not use it for model training or improvement of base models.
- Retention Period: Generated data (including temporary cache and related logs) is retained for a maximum of 90 days, and servers will regularly clear data exceeding the retention period.
- Local Data: Project files you create locally are stored on your device by default, and the developer will not upload them without your consent.
4.1 Deletion Requests
To delete an account or data, users may submit a deletion request by sending an email to [email protected] with account information and deletion scope description. We will process and respond within 15 business days of receiving a compliant request. If data also exists in third-party records (such as Apple), deletion will be subject to third-party capabilities.
5. Intellectual Property
The service interface, code, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors; reproduction or dissemination without authorization is not permitted. You retain all rights to the Input you submit; if the content you submit involves third-party rights, you shall ensure you have the necessary authorization.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
6.1 Disclaimer and No Warranties
This service is provided "as-is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranties regarding service availability, output accuracy, or suitability for specific purposes. Generated content is determined jointly by the model and your input, may contain errors or incomplete information, and you assume the risks of use.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, for any losses caused by the use or inability to use this service, we shall not be liable beyond the following limits: the amount you actually paid in the past 30 days; if the user has no payment records in the past 30 days, our liability limit is RMB 100. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or punitive damages.
7. Indemnification
If third-party claims arise due to your violation of this Terms of Service or the content you submit, you agree to defend and indemnify us for all losses and expenses arising therefrom (including reasonable attorney's fees).
8. Termination and Suspension
If you violate these Terms of Service or we deem it necessary for security/compliance/technical reasons, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and service access without further notice. After termination, we may retain necessary records or delete data in accordance with laws and internal policies.
9. Legal Terms
9.1 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms of Service is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may bring the matter before the people's court with jurisdiction in our location.
9.2 Severability and Modifications
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held invalid by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severable to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time; significant changes will be notified in the app or via email, and continued use of the service shall constitute acceptance of the changes.

By clicking "Agree" or checking "I have read and agree to the SceneOne AI Terms of Service" during registration, recharge, or first use of this service, you accept all terms of these Terms of Service and establish a contractual relationship with us.
